Protection Law (PPP) in the state. on Tuesday the governor inaugurated the committee,making Solomon Arase former inspector general of police as head of the committee.
According to the Governor, the activities of the CDA's hindered economic growth and development in the state. With the PPP law in place, CDA's will be prevented from selling landed properties or allowed to collect any stipulated fee of any sort from individuals constructing their houses.
