Nigeria's ex minister of Agriculture and president of Africa Development Bank, Mr Akinwumi Adesina has been named a Nobel Laureate for Food and Agriculture. The Annoouncement was made by The President of the World Food Prize Kenneth Quinn in Washinghton DC. The Award recognises
people with outstanding accomplishments in Food and Agriculture breakthrough for the last 30 years. The awards has being going on since 1986 and has honoured 45 individuals for their outstanding contributions to food security.
