Rumours have being circulating the internet on how the Nigerian Military are injecting kids with the monkey virus in south-eastern states in pretense of a routine vaccination carried out by the military. Parents in Anambra took no chance when it was reported
that indeed the military where undergoing a medical outreach in schools. They rushed to pick their children from their schools for fear of the rumour being authentic.
