Nine suspects aboard an MT Lady Swithin vessel have been arraigned on suspicion of illegal oil bunkering with out license. The vessel is believed to have contained 300,000 litres of crude oil and
was sailing along the Calabar offshore where apprehended by the Nigerian Navy Forward Operating Base. The suspects include: Tony Edumesaro, Olu Gbenga Obebe, Lucky Oshogbon, Erete Moses, Stephen Olu Peters, Raphael Olu Peters, Gillis Ibinabo, Ikechi Nwanyanwu and Ernest Iyalla.
