Concerning Your Breath
To find out how your breath is, good or bad, lick the back of your palm and smell it for a general overview about your breath.
The easiest way to avoid bad breath, is to brush and floss more often also a mouthwash adds extra protection by getting rid of bacteria.
Also foods like onions and garlic are big offenders and brushing after you eat them DOES NOT help.
If your bad breath continues despite your best efforts, make an appointment with your doctor. He'll check to see if your problems are related to a medical condition.
