This picture of a lady surfaced online with a 16 year old balloon she carried depicting that she was 16 years old. Nigerians have reacted to the picture,obviously with claims that she can not be 16.
Remember a Nollywood actress, Ify Okeke also pulled similar stunts claiming she was 17 but it turned out to be a joke, this one could be as well.
