Depression can really set someone back in life, especially with its unhealthy mental state it instates on a person suffering from it, but hope is not lost as you can actually stop being depressed. Trying changing the way you behave, talk more, eat healthy, remember banana is a good fruit to fight depression and generally try to have fun.

Get a good hobby to do, one you would love doing from time to time. Very important as well is to try sleeping well, a good night rest can do wonders to your body and its mental state. Fight negative thoughts that get into your head and say positive things and think positively its amazing how much your life can change by just being positive. With all these tips, you are on your way on being depressed free. And last but not least get into a relationship with someone, never be scared or shy to ask someone out.
