The gubernatorial elections in Bayelsa was held on the 16th of November same as the Kogi elections. Reports of violence has also been reported in the elections in Bayelsa which has resulted to loss of lives.
INEC has come out to state that they may cancel certain election held in areas reported of violence while also the governor of Bayelsa state has called for the cancellation of the elections in certain areas.
