10 ONLINE BUSINESSES YOU CAN START TO MAKE MONEY WITH

Nigerians are probably one of the most entrepreneurial people you will find around, and one reason for this could be the high number of unemployment or underemployment in the country.

Even when a Nigerian has a job that pays fairly well, you still find that Nigerian with a "side hustle". Here i make a list and a description of 10 online businesses you can do to make money.

  • Blogging: Blogging has become one of the most lucrative businesses you can do online and make a reasonable amount of money while doing so.
So if you enjoy writing, telling stories or you have a large number of audience in your social media accounts, then you should look into blogging. You can monetize your blog by displaying ads on them, affiliate marketing and also through sponsored posts.

There are certain bloggers who have claimed to make as high as $10,000 in a month and of course we have bloggers like Linda Ikeji, Lailas News that are making a whole lot of money. So you might ask how can i start a blog.

Well it is very easy to start a blog, and you can design one using Blogger, Wordpress etc. These are platforms that allow you design and manage your blog easily. If you have troubles designing a blog you can contact me on entertainmentprofiler@gmail.com or send me a DM on twitter @ENTR_PROFILER

After that stage has been done, the next would be to write your posts. I would advice that you find an area you are good in and write on that area, and also consider what your audience would like to hear and engage with.

After that apply for Google Adsense. Google Adsense helps you make money every time an ad on your blog is clicked. You can also run affiliate marketing on your blog and make money for example you can use Jumia, Konga and even Amazon affiliate programs e.g this Airpods is a product from Amazon, if you buy it i get a commission.

  • Data Reselling: Selling of data has become an over night success and people are making it big time, you can ask @PrincessNwank co partner of @Swiftlink01 and she will tell you more.
The game has totally changed for these guys as they are now having their own portals and payment systems where you can easily buy data, pay bills and recharge your line online, for example Swiflink has a website where all your transactions can be carried out.

You can visit their website https://swiftlinkng.com/home and confirm for yourself. Data selling involves you selling Data at a cheaper rate other than what your normal service providers will give you so for example, if MTN sells 1GB for 1000, you sell it for 900 etc.

You might wonder how do they get these data at such cheap rates well, you can use platforms such as Mobilenig.com and Datahub.com.ng, register with them on their distributor or merchant account and start easily reselling data to your customers.

Others ways would be to subscribe to SME plans like MTN and also buying large data for other networks, but it is hard to maintain. The easiest way is to use platforms like Mobilenig.com and Datahub.com.ng.

In months based on your customers you can be making a whole lot of money. Contact me on entertainmentprofiler@gmail.com or send me a DM on twitter @ENTR_PROFILER if you want a design such as https://swiftlinkng.com/home.
