Nigerian Afro Fusion artists Burna Boy has lost out on his Grammy nomination to Benin musician Angelique Kidjo in the 2020 Grammy held in America.

However, Angelique Kidjo acknowledged Burna Boy, dedicating the award to him. It would be recalled that in the past few days Burna Boy has being celebrating his nomination, with speculations going about that he just might have already won the award.
He got a lot of support from Nigerian artists as well who wished him good luck. Burna Boy was nominated in the category of Best World Album with his Album African Giant giving him that nomination.

On other news, Jamaican Reggae/Dance hall artist who is just 19 years of age, Koffee won her category for Best Reggae album.
