After 12 rounds of tactical fighting from Anthony Joshua and dancing round the ring to keep Andy Ruiz at bay, at a distance and using his long hands to throw jabs at Andy Ruiz who seemed a little frustrated by his new way of fighting.
AJ made sure Andy Ruiz had little time to throw his hard hitting punches on him and when it seemed like Ruiz was closing in, he quickly goes for a grab until the referee steps in.
It is most likely that AJ would not have won Ruiz without using his tactics he displayed here as Ruiz who is brutal kept on in the fight without dropping once even with all the punches he received. It is safe to say that Andy Ruiz is still a dangerous fighter but tonight was not his fight.
